¿Cuáles son los valores ágiles compartidos por SAFe y Management 3.0? / ¿What are the agile values shared by SAFe and Management 3.0?

ES - Por: Jose Ochoa.   En el reto de la adopción de metodologías ágiles, tanto entre nuestros colaboradores como entre nuestros clientes, se estaba produciendo una inquietud respecto a la coherencia entre ellas.

Nuestra intuición siempre era que, si los principios ágiles están incorporados, las prácticas tenían que mantener una armonía. No obstante, pusimos en marcha un esfuerzo colectivo para identificar los puntos en común de un marco de escalado de agile y de la orientación de gestión ágil de Management 3.0.

La pregunta que nos hicimos fue: ¿Cuáles son los valores ágiles compartidos por los dos enfoques? Y la tabla que sigue nos da la respuesta: No llega al 100% de coincidencia, pero es muy alta.



EN - By: Jose Ochoa.   In the challenge of adopting agile methodologies, people both among our collaborators and our clients, there was a concern about the consistency between those methodologies.

Our perception was always that, if agile principles were embodied, practices had to maintain harmony. However, we set in launched a collective effort to identify common ground of an agile scaling framework and the agile management orientation proposed by Management 3.0.

The question was: What are the agile values shared by both approaches? And the following table gives us the answer: It does not reach 100% coincidence, but it is very high.
